This fish sculpture from found common resin wood, shows the extent to which Boniface Chikwenhere has perfected his technique of drawing form from the wood. Having created the outline, he uses the natural knots and twirls of the wood to provide detail, sanding and polishing only certain parts to bring out rich colour.
All sculptures are fumigated and shipped with a fumigation certificate. Each is mounted on a stand and there is a choice of a wooden or metal base.
