1. Due to the shipping restrictions as a result of Covid-19, parcels will only be sent via our international shipping agent who provides a secure door to door service via air freight
2. Delivery fees are quoted on order as costs vary considerably depending on country of destination, as well as the volume and weight of the parcel. 24hr turnaround for quotes
3. All items are carefully packed in bubble wrap and placed in a double cardboard box. Crating is added as necessary
4. CraftArt.Africa does not take responsibility for any additional charges which may be levied by the country of destination. This includes VAT, import duties, other Customs fees etc.

Shipping: South Africa

 

1. Delivery FREE for orders valued @ R1000+
2. Shipping fees will be quoted on order as items vary considerably in volume and weight
3. Purchases will be despatched within 7-10 working days of payment. All parcels will be delivered by courier within an estimated 3-4 working days from despatch
4. You will be notified with a tracking number once your parcel has been collected by the courier.
