It is important to us that our clients feel secure and that you are delighted with the product you receive. If an item is being made to order we will send you a photograph of the finished piece for final approval before shipping takes place.

Please note that our artists invest considerable time and materials in making each piece, so that we cannot refund a completed order if you simply change your mind. We will do everything to make sure you have enough details on the piece you are ordering so that you can be sure that it is right for you.
