The iconic Nguni bull is indigenous to Southern Africa and revered in our culture. This wonderful rendition of a leaping bull is made from a series of metal strips cut by hand from recycled cans or tins, then attached to the wire frame beneath. This is a technique known as 'plastering'. It is freestanding on a curved wire base so that it has a slight freedom of movement
The leaping bull is also available in a smaller size, and as a patchwork version with patches of recycled tins.
