Peacock - Freestanding - Multicolour

Tavengwa Dahwa has mastered the art of combining metal wire with 'telephone' wire (originally used for landline telephones), first creating a frame and then covering it with the brightly coloured strands of telephone wire. He is particuarly gifted at catching the look and feel of each item he creates.

This gorgeous peacock has been made with meticulous care, the coloured sunbursts of the tail feathers being particularly time consuming to create. It is generally produced only on commission, so may have to be ordered if this one is no longer available.
