A full-size eland trophy head in bead and wire by George Dokora. He makes each wire frame by hand then covers it with beads threaded onto binding wire, a technique known as 'plastering' or 'weaving'. Here brown and white beads are used for the head and horns with nose in black.
A wire circle attached to the frame at the back ensures easy installation.
