Godfrey uses recycled tins, sheet metal and other waste materials to make sculptures and trophy heads of African animals. Over the years he has evolved his own distinctive styles, ‘patchworking’ or ‘plastering’ colourful tins, unpainted metal – even Nespresso pods - to a wire frame to create the one-off art pieces which are his signature. Many of his creations find homes in private collections around the world and he will undertake special commissions.
